He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. He made sure I understood every option and never once made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. You could tell he actually cared about getting me into the right vehicle rather than simply making a sale. The buying process was smooth, straightforward, and honestly much easier than I expected.
