I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience at Ed Martin Nissan in Fishers. There was absolutely no pressure, no games, and no feeling like I was just another customer waiting to be passed around. My salesperson, Rodney Taylor, was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. He made sure I understood every option and never once made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. You could tell he actually cared about getting me into the right vehicle rather than simply making a sale. The buying process was smooth, straightforward, and honestly much easier than I expected. Everything was explained clearly, and there were no surprises hiding around the corner. When it came time to work through the financing, I was equally impressed. The finance process was organized and transparent, and everything was explained in a way that actually made sense. I never felt like I was being pushed into something I didn’t understand or didn’t need. What really stood out to me was the communication and attention to detail throughout the entire experience.
