Bob put me in the good hands of Rodney Vera to guide me through my purchase. Rodney was extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional answering all of my questions with ease. He had an excellent and in-depth knowledge of all of the features in the models I was looking at. Most importantly, Rodney was extremely patient with my deliberation. And I mean extremely patient! He showed compassion for the significance of making a "big" and personal decision and really just wanted me to be happy at the end no matter what I decided. There was certainly reasonable encouragement as I explored all of my options but absolutely no unwelcome "pressure" to "hard-sell" or steer me into a decision that would have been better for him as a salesman than me as the purchaser, which can be the case sometimes when you get caught up in the emotional element of purchasing a car that another breed of salesman might capitalize on. From the moment I walked into Newins, I felt "at home" and I was treated like gold. I made a more "conservative" decision in the end but my business was not valued any less. I was treated with respect that didn't change relative to the size of my purchase and THAT is precisely why I would recommend this dealership to my own family, friends and colleagues. They cared about my experience - they cared about me getting it right for ME ... and they gave me the time and answers I needed to make that decision without making me feel pressured or uncomfortable.
