Being my first SUV, Rodney took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything regarding all of the great features on my Escape...He is very easy to talk to and there was no pressure from him or from anyone at Newins. Rodney actually knew what I wanted better than I did (he knew there was a certain color I would love before I even saw it) :) I have already been telling friends & family that are in the market for a new car to go see Rodney at Newins Bay Shore Ford. I'm very happy with my new Baltic Sea Green Escape...have only had it a week and a half and have received so many compliments on how beautiful the color is and how great it drives. I'd give Rodney and Newins Bay Shore Ford more than 5 stars if I could... :) More

First Impressions I stopped by Newin's on a Sunday and met with Rodney. I was considering trading in my Escape so I just wanted to get some information. I knew exactly I stopped by Newin's on a Sunday and met with Rodney. I was considering trading in my Escape so I just wanted to get some information. I knew exactly what I needed, and wanted, if I were to trade it in for something else. He listened to all of my concerns and put some numbers together for me. He was patient and spent a lot of time with me. I felt comfortable with him and appreciated not feeling pressured at all. After a couple more visits, I drove off in a new Explorer and I couldn't be happier. Rodney also went the extra mile in getting me some additional paperwork that I requested. Everyone I've met at Newin's has been extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend giving them a chance. More
