Leon makes sure I understand what my car needs are and the future needs of my car. Rodrigo takes me to pick up my second car. While my q5 is being serviced. He is very prompt. He waits patiently for me. I don’t like using the Lyft service. Rodrigo went out of his busy day to take care of me. More

I would never buy another Audi from EG Audi based on my own buying experience in April of 2023. It was the worst...a nightmare! The only reason I continue to have any contact with the dealership is the in own buying experience in April of 2023. It was the worst...a nightmare! The only reason I continue to have any contact with the dealership is the incredible Service Department. Every person I have had contact with has been extremely courteous and helpful. Five + stars for the Service department. More
