Staff are friendly and waiting time wasn’t so long. I checked in within a few minutes. I explained, I needed an oil change and for them to inspect my brakes. During the wait, I was just checking out all I checked in within a few minutes. I explained, I needed an oil change and for them to inspect my brakes. Get Your Terms Specified Happy with my truck however I bartered to get heated and leather seats as part of my total cost. I get a piece of paper with an address and name on it Happy with my truck however I bartered to get heated and leather seats as part of my total cost. I get a piece of paper with an address and name on it and am told to "Go here and pick out your leather." Of course after I do this I get a call from the accessory company a few days later. Saying they didn't figure the leather I chose into the price. The type of leather was never specified nor was it ever referred to as "factory equivalent." The leather they showed me as a sell point was in fact two-tone red and black. Needless to say, I get a call informing me of a $300.00 up charge to keep my chosen leather and they asked the auto accessory store to call me in their stead. More
