It took longer than I had anticipated but S Sarkar did all he could to make my new car purchase a pleasant experience. No pressure at all. I am very happy with my new car and the whole purchase experience. R Ramos helped me with the actual purchase and selecting an extended warranty. Yet again, no pressure just explained everything and let me decide what I wanted to do. At the very end of a long Saturday, everyone was happy and pleasant to work with. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from Courtesy Nissan, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. Terry Ervin initially greeted me and got the ball rolling, then handed the sales responsibility over to Truen (True) Ebanks, who seamlessly continued the process. True, along with Teddy, went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well-informed every step of the way. They answered all of my questions patiently, listened closely to my needs, and even brought me a fan to keep me cool while we talked through options. I never felt rushed or pressured — just supported by people who truly wanted me to leave with the vehicle that was right for me and my budget. And I did — a beautiful Nissan Rogue Platinum that checks every box. As True handled different parts of the sale, including negotiations and getting the car cleaned and ready, Jolby Butler and Mike White stopped by to keep me company. They brought laughter and good vibes, making the whole process feel more like catching up with family than waiting on a transaction. Gus, who I believe is the General Manager, also came over personally to assist. He made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, helped finalize pricing, and ensured I received the best deal they could offer. Even though I planned to pay in cash — and he did try to encourage financing — he respected my decision and still treated me with the utmost professionalism and care. Sitting with Gus felt like hashing things out with a big brother who just wanted the best for me. His involvement really underscored how much this dealership values its customers. Rodrigo Ramos later walked me through the payment process, helped with the paperwork, and explained available packages to protect and maintain the longevity of my new Rogue. He made sure I had everything I needed and left with peace of mind.
