We bought a used Rav 4. The important numbers were 310@72to 75 months. When we told our salesperson no longer than 75 months, the numbers were still too high, your sales manager didn't want to lower 310@72to 75 months. When we told our salesperson no longer than 75 months, the numbers were still too high, your sales manager didn't want to lower the price I guess. So we were going to leave when we were then told that those numbers were attainable. we thought great, we'll buy it. We only found out that they had changed the term to 84 months when we were talking to finance and signing the papers. A bit of dishonest sales tactics in my opinion, changing the term without coming out and saying it, only pointing out that the payment was where we wanted it and not that they had changed the length of the loan to get it there. We were and still are pissed off about that. We needed a vehicle badly so we took it, in hindsight we should have walked out. I doubt I will come back to your dealership for anything. I wanted to add that the car was dirty too, it was wiped off quickly and swept, but not nearly as clean as I expected. You have young kids in there doing the cleaning and I guess they aren't trained or given any guidance as to how to do their job correctly. The detail dept has a long way to go More

I have been leasing RAV4 since they came out and originally started with a dealership in Moon Township, close to where I worked. I am now retired and I leased 1 RAV4 from a dealer in Dormont who on originally started with a dealership in Moon Township, close to where I worked. I am now retired and I leased 1 RAV4 from a dealer in Dormont who on numerous occasions told me they could not meet the price I gave them from another dealer and advised me to go back to that dealer. The Dormont location is most convenient and is about 3 to 4 miles away. I believe this may be my 4th RAV from the Pleasant Hills dealership. This year it was the best of all. The salesman, Rodrigo, was the best ever. He called me at my home to follow-up on the return of my 2018 lease and he continued to follow-up about once to twice a week. Because of Covid 19 I was apprehensive until I received my vaccine and he did all of his homework without ever seeing me in regard with the return of 2018 and the new 2021. He was so pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I certainly appreciated his dedication to working out all details as well as working with the finance dept. Mr. Clausen to fulfill my demands. Both were exceptional and met all of my requests. I will continue to go to this dealership in the future. In fact my first Toyota was a 72 Toyota Corona which I bought from Mr. Lucci who had one of the first Toyota dealerships on West Liberty Avenue. I believe he is with the Dealership in Dormont but is manager of the Cadillac division. Thanks so much Rodrigo and Mr. Clausen for all your efforts to get me into my New 2021 RAV4. You are both wonderful Customer oriented salesmen. More
