The best experience dealing with Dealerships My daughter has been looking for an specific SUV. We visited several CHRYSLER and Ford Dealerships looking for one of her 2 vehicle options she wanted My daughter has been looking for an specific SUV. We visited several CHRYSLER and Ford Dealerships looking for one of her 2 vehicle options she wanted. Many of these dealerships will tell her that they have those vehicles but when we got there, they were always missing something she requested to have. Yesterday, my daughter was in one of these dealerships and they kept her for quite some time while they were looking for something. Most of them, will be either missing some of her requirements and others, the price was more of what she have in her budget. While my daughter was in one of those dealerships, I decided to pull into Suburban on Grand River and 10 mile. There I spoke to Roger Beacon; I told her what was my daughter looking for and he right away pull a couple deals. I text my daughter and told her that I found her the deal she was looking for. My daughter meet me at the dealership and Roger Beacon showed her the 2 vehicles he had. She choose one of them but she wanted it in white. Roger was able to locate the vehicle she wanted and today she is picking up her Jeep Cherokee 75 edition. Our experience at this dealership and with Roger as our sales person was the best experience ever. I never experienced a smooth sale before until yesterday with Roger at Suburban Grand River and 10 mile.
