I have always had a pleasant experience at Imperial Toyota but my last visit was exceptional. Roger Barron greeted me in a timely manner for my scheduled appt. He was thorough and knowledgeable. But wh Toyota but my last visit was exceptional. Roger Barron greeted me in a timely manner for my scheduled appt. He was thorough and knowledgeable. But why this visit was so unique was his customer service skills. While waiting, I could hear him speaking to other waiting customers and he was pleasant and articulate. Way to go, Roger! More
