I walked into Colonial Ford of Marlborough dealership looking for a car to buy, and I knew exactly what I was looking for. I was greeted immediately by Roger a sales rep who listened to my request of nee looking for a car to buy, and I knew exactly what I was looking for. I was greeted immediately by Roger a sales rep who listened to my request of needing the same make and model car of what I currently own. He was friendly, courteous, and straight down to business gentleman who was able to quickly find exactly what I was looking for which is a Ford Escape Titanium. He found 3 years higher than my current vehicle, same model. Beauty of a car. I am very satisfied with the service I received. No complaints was delivered the same day, they promised everything went perfect, I just wish the trade-in was worth a little more high miles but I would’ve like to see a little bit more than 350 but in general very happy service and sales guy Roger were awesome on the help of the new used car & I love it - Has tons of options that I wanted. For example, moonroof, heated seats, electric seats that move forward in backwards. Awesome car. More
