I walked into Colonial Ford of Marlborough dealership looking for a car to buy, and I knew exactly what I was looking for. He was friendly, courteous, and straight down to business gentleman who was able to quickly find exactly what I was looking for which is a Ford Escape Titanium. He found 3 years higher than my current vehicle, same model. Beauty of a car. I am very satisfied with the service I received. He introduced me to everyone here, made me feel very comfortable and offered water and coffee. Very happy with the sale, purchase process. Thank you! More

No complaints was delivered the same day, they promised everything went perfect, I just wish the trade-in was worth a little more high miles but I would’ve like to see a little bit more than 350 but in general very happy service and sales guy Roger were awesome on the help of the new used car & I love it - Has tons of options that I wanted. For example, moonroof, heated seats, electric seats that move forward in backwards. Awesome car. More
