did appointment over the phone, they did not tell me they had no shuttle service until i arrived had to close my business to have my mechanic come pick me up. upon arriving to my shop i just noticed a panel had no shuttle service until i arrived had to close my business to have my mechanic come pick me up. upon arriving to my shop i just noticed a panel on the floor just laying there it must be a cover panel for under the dash area,not pro grade. also the flavor or morale among the shop personnel seems either overworked to the point of not caring for the customer as they should, a courteous smile or a look in the eye would be very nice.I think some leadership is needed on bedside manor. More
