I was happy and comfortable with the salesman Dax. My only issue was the registration process (me living in Mass.) could have gone a little smoother. Very smooth process for buying a car out of my home state. I highly recommend Mohawk Chevrolet and Tony when purchasing a new car. I rate it a 4 star because I was told that they were going to put chevy all season floor mats in and they did not. They put in after market ones. The chevy all season floor mats go up the sides of the f going to put chevy all season floor mats in and they did not. They put in after market ones. The chevy all season floor mats go up the sides of the floor more like a weather tech floor mat and the ones they installed barly cover the bottom but other than that they were great and I do recommend. More

Matthew was the best salesman I have ever dealt with in the purchase of a new vehicle. I felt no pressure at all. He didn't just follow some scripted format. After he reviewed some features on the Traverse, we took a test drive. Shortly thereafter, we arrived at a fair price and a reasonable trade-in allowance. 3. Julian guided us through setting up our trial service with On-Star, pairing our cell phones with the vehicle, and further explained vehicle features. We felt very comfortable with the Traverse when we left the dealership. We will not hesitate to return to Mohawk Chevrolet when we look for our next vehicle. More
