Alyssa is truly one of the best she did everything to help me with my purchase of a new work truck. She was on point through the entire purchasing process. When she didn’t have an answer to a question sh help me with my purchase of a new work truck. She was on point through the entire purchasing process. When she didn’t have an answer to a question she was able to find the answer got back to me quickly. She followed up when she said she would. Always conducted herself as a true professional. Mohawk Chevrolet’s new building is stunning! A very comfortable space to be in with all its amenities certainly will be enjoyed while servicing my new chevy.I also had the pleasure of working with Rodger who also is a true professional. Both Alyssa and Rodger negotiated with good faith and were fair and easy to address. Since my purchase i have been recommending both Mohawk Chevrolet and the amazing Alyssa to all ask about my new truck. Mohawk Chevrolet went above and beyond to get me in a brand new Silverado. I worked with Jessica and she was an absolute dream to work with. Overall dealership wasn't bad,the salesman shouldn't assure things that were supposed to be on the vehicle order actually were not,I would not recommend this salesman,got the sale committed to then drop assure things that were supposed to be on the vehicle order actually were not,I would not recommend this salesman,got the sale committed to then dropped the ball.Very frustrated after waiting 6 months for vehicle to be delivered. The whole experience from start to finish was horrendous. I dealt with inexperienced sales staff and incompetent managers. It took six attempts to the dealership to complete the purchase. Whilst I was try I dealt with inexperienced sales staff and incompetent managers. It took six attempts to the dealership to complete the purchase. Whilst I was trying to air my grievances, there is a nerf gun fight going on amongst the staff including the General Sales Manager. The purchase took 3.5 hours to complete due to the truck not being ready as they stipulated for me to check it over before agreeing to the purchase. I was never given that opportunity to look over the truck - albeit the staff seemed to assume I was driving the truck home that very night, as stated they would meet their monthly targets if I did. I wasn't shown how to navigate the software in the new truck, yet I was expected to answer a phone call on my way home when they had forgotten to take my payment! After various negotiations the General Manager got involved which yet again resulted in further delays as he got the accessories order wrong, and the wrong parts were installed on my truck! This review only actually covers a fraction of what went on during my six trips. I do not wish to receive a generic response to this review suggesting I speak to the General Manager as all the previous reviews have received, this is simply to warn future buyers if they expect great customer service to go elsewhere! More
