New car purchase I went to Mohawk Chevrolet looking for my dream car which was a New 2019 Corvette Z06, manual transmission and Elkhart Lake Blue, it was a (new) lefto I went to Mohawk Chevrolet looking for my dream car which was a New 2019 Corvette Z06, manual transmission and Elkhart Lake Blue, it was a (new) leftover. Roger and Matt went to work and found me what I was looking for located in Cincinnati, Ohio. I could have had the car sent directly to my address but felt more comfortable and secure having Mohawk Chevrolet take care of all the transportation/paperwork details involving the car. After the car arrived in town Roger took care of coordinating the modifications and additional trim package I requested by having it delivered directly to their collision experts at Mohawk Collision Center. Gerry and his team at the Collision Center did an amazing job with all the modifications. During this whole process I truly appreciated the customer service and frequent communication by both Roger and Gerry. This included Gerry’s suggestion to stop by the shop periodically to review the modifications to ensure that the vehicle was exactly what I’d envisioned. I can’t thank this entire team enough for making this the best experience I’ve ever had in purchasing a vehicle. More

In terms of buying a vehicle they are fine. Kevin and Scott were amazing. Don't get service! I only bought this truck because service couldn't figire out what was wrong with and fix a truck I bought from Scott were amazing. Don't get service! I only bought this truck because service couldn't figire out what was wrong with and fix a truck I bought from Mohawk. They had the truck a total of 3 months. I enjoy the new truck I have but it cost me about $10,000 more than I originally spent. After being strung along and lied to for months I was told it is what it is and I was forced to trade in that truck on a different vehicle costing me more money. I was told several times my truck was fixed and it wasn't, and several other times told they done everything they could to fix it. After meeting with upper management for a second time I was offered services that I will absolutely not use and I was given a tonneau cover for the new truck that I'm very greatful for but doesn't make up for the thousands of dollars I'm out of pocket. Not to mention the ding on my credit score. My opinion is Scott and Kevin in sales are amazing and would highly recommend them if your looking for a vehicle. Save yourself some money and aggravation and find somewhere else to go to have work done on your vehicle. More
