I appreciated the problem for Roger because of the depleted inventory that Northstar left Mohawk Chevrolet at the time of the dealership purchase. Without comparable inventories trades with other dealers can be a challenge. My negotiations with Mohawk Chevrolet were satisfactory and fair to both sides. Frank Santoro delivered the vehicle after my initial salesman "moved on". The entire process met all of my expectations and I am very happy with the purchase. This was my third new vehicle trade from this building (two from Northstar and one from Mohawk). More

I had a Pleasant shopping experience with mohawk Chevrolet. No high pressure sales tactics whatsoever. However the actual purchasing part of my experience seemed fine at first. I thought I was getting a 0% Finance deal until it came time to sign contract when a financial agent named Scott. Scott had tried to assure me that using GM rebates and going with a financial institute with a percentage rate would be better than going with a 0% Finance. How can you get any better than 0% Finance? I had just spent enough time there. So I signed the papers and left with my new truck. So know you're rate before you sign More
