My experience with Acura Arlington was stellar. I purchased the car I wanted without the duplicity that I have often experienced in the past at other dealerships. This includes the initial Internet contact down to management. The price advertised was the price I paid. As a salesman, "Big Mac" was friendly, straightforward and kind without being smarmy or pushy. I do think his sales experience is reflected in his ability to read his customers and to be respectful of their needs and desires. As a sales manager, Adrian Pawlikowski, too was receptive and reasonable without engaging in the usual back and forth drama. My overall experience ended up being quite positive. At the end of the day, I think buying a used car should be enjoyable and not an exercise in prolonged torture. Based upon my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to future customers. I left feeling I bought a great car at a really good price. More

The dealership made me feel like I was shopping at a small used car shady dealer. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me.
