A dealership is based on it's commitment to serve the demands of the community it is held too. This dealership only has one interest...it's own. This is a one-way relationship. Not one member of managem demands of the community it is held too. This dealership only has one interest...it's own. This is a one-way relationship. Not one member of management has ever come over to seek the comments of the public, nor to seek how it can improve it's service to each individual buyer. In all the times I have entered this dealership (to have an oil change or take a walk around their lot, I have never been approached from any member of management.) I have bought Toyotas for years and have dealt with many different dealerships around Texas. I have walked away from buying a new Toyota feeling like the dealership and the buyer worked together in making a sell/purchase happen that benefitted both parties. This is the only dealership that feels it does not need the approval or input from the public. Management needs to be changed across the board. This rating is not based on the ability and knowledge of the individual sales person. Every sales person is a product and reflection of only one element.....management, More
