Cherry Moore is very professional and takes all the hassle and stress out of making such an important decision. She and the rest of the team did all the work to get me financed and less than an hour later they called me to do paperwork. Cherry even had it detailed and ready to go for me! God is good all the time! Thank you Arlington Toyota and Cherry Moore and Roger Page and Doug Sayre for such a pleasant car buying experience. I look forward to seeing you in one year to take advantage of the loyalty program! Im really excited about that! More

The facility was very busy when I arrived but I received great customer service and a lot of attention, they have a lot of employees. They are willing to negotiate and aren't "sketchy" like other dealerships. I had a bad experience at another local dealership after getting the run-around. I did not experience that here. The employees are friendly and aren't condescending to women (like another local dealership who shall remain nameless). I would recommend this dealership to others. The finance guy was knowledgeable and helpful, too. More

He was extremely genuine and listened to our needs helping us select the perfect vehicle. Never once did we feel the least bit pressured. I would happily recommend Neal to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. We greatly appreciated Roger as well. Both gentlemen made our buying experience a pleasure. More

Mr. Jones was professional, courteous, and very patient with me. He treated me with respect throughout and never made me feeI uncomfortable. I made the right choice when I approached Mr. Jones in the parking lot on my first visit. Roger Page also was courteous to me in our negotiations. On the other hand, my experience with finance was another matter. Douge was very competent doing his job, however, cordial customer service was absent. It's on video tape. I chalked it up to him having to work Sunday into the evening. More
