I had no problem with the 7/24/2021 visit. However at that visit my service representative sugested that a lengthy 2 hour maintenance service be performed on 07/27/2021 because no loaner cars were available on 7/24/2021. A maintenance date was scheduled for 07/27/2021. The rest of my comments are related to that date. Rather than beating around the bush I am going to be blunt and say that it was the worst maintenance experience I ever had at Jenkins Honda. Why? First of all there were no loaner cars available so an attempt was made to get me a rental car. During the process of waiting for the rental car I was told that the required parts to service my 2017 CRV Touring were not available. BTW that maintenance was to "Reseal The Timing Tension Cover". Quite frankinly I thought this should have been checked before scheduling this maintenance service. Because it wasn't I had to needlessly travel a total of 16 miles and waste my time in doing so. This is not the quality of service that I expect from Jenkins Honda of Leesburg. Hopefully it will never happen again. BTW I have not been called with a new service date for this maintenance service If I had to rate the service on this visit I would rate all 5 Visit Categories with a "NO STAR". Richard E. Kristen this is the latest regarding my correspondence with Jenkins Honda Service. I just sent this to the service manager. "……………. Dear Mr. Ventura. Your first paragraph about the shortage of loaner cars is evident. I found out when one was promised and not available. Hopefully that will not happen again. In regards to your second paragraph, I am a customer bringing my vehicle in for service. The classification of the service I.e. maintenance or repair means nothing to me as all I know is that I want to get the problem fixed. Rodger called and we scheduled a new service date. You are welcome for thanking me for my time. In regards to your comment I.e. “And Trust In Us” is something Jenkins Honda is having to earn. Jenkins Honda service has not yet done that. Hopefully that will change. Richard E. Vlaha
