

Bringing 39 years of service experience, Roland currently serves as the Service Manager at Central Florida Lincoln. After serving Central Florida Lincoln customers for four and a half years, Roland says that he believes in the vehicles we sell and service. He says that believing in our Lincoln products make his job easy and enjoyable each and every day. Roland enjoys classic Fords, Mercurys, and Lincolns. He is also member of the Mid Florida Mustang Club.

This is the 2nd Lincoln we have owned. My experience during a recent service visit surpassed my expectations. The Service Advisor was phenomenal. He greeted me by name, he carefully lis My experience during a recent service visit surpassed my expectations. The Service Advisor was phenomenal. He greeted me by name, he carefully listened to our issue, he indicated that the service teama would start immediately - thusa llowing him to make a recommendation for the resolution of the car issue. I was waiting in the customer lounge and shortly after arriving, he came to me personally to inform me what was found/discovered and that he was going to get it fixed/resolved. Only about 45 minutes later, I was driving away - as one super happy customer. Thank you for such courteous and efficient service = the entire experience was a 10 being my best recommendation possible. More

Hustled & conned, Buyer Bewear I am a 71 year old woman who went in on Nov 1, 2016 for an oil change on my 2011 MKT with 62,000 miles on it & walked out with a new 2016 MKT which I I am a 71 year old woman who went in on Nov 1, 2016 for an oil change on my 2011 MKT with 62,000 miles on it & walked out with a new 2016 MKT which I didn't need or want. All I did was ask what my 2011 was worth & I was manipulated into a new car. I wasn't able to contact my husband or family because they told me can't you make your own decision? The car wasn't even on the lot & they sent me home with a loaner so I would have to return the next day. But they had me sign all the papers before I left. Naturally I felt intimidated & confused after spending 4 hours in the dealership. I was tired & would sign anything to just get out of there., Buyer beware & don't go alone!! Unethical sales tactics!! More
