I bought a 2016 Ford Flex in February from here, came back 3 days later due to the back end making a really bad noise. I was told by the sales associate that sold me the car that the manager said since i back 3 days later due to the back end making a really bad noise. I was told by the sales associate that sold me the car that the manager said since it was sold as is that there was nothing they could do for me, here it is 5 months later noise is still bad, rear back up camera stopped working, my a/c switches back to heat by itself ,carfax showed there was no accidents. My hood was painted and is not aligned properly, the rear end was also hit, tailgate is off, bumber and rear quarter panel has slight paint peeling and the roof has been painted found fish eye in the paint. There is no way the dealership wasn't aware it was involved in an accident. Sales person was good manager not so much. Definitely wouldn't recommend purchasing a used vehicle from here and if you do look over the car very good. More

I was told that my vehicle was serviced when I bought it. I was lied to straight to my face. I happen to work on cars as a side job, so I was checking the info on the cluster and it said oil was at 19% so I I was lied to straight to my face. I took pictures of all of it and the service manager still stood there and told me it was serviced. The sales person was awesome but when it comes to the service dept. they need to do better.
