We recently picked up a used A4 from Walter's Audi and had the pleasure of working with Romen Artalejo. Roman, was awesome to work with. My wife just got her nursing license and needed a car to start comm had the pleasure of working with Romen Artalejo. Roman, was awesome to work with. My wife just got her nursing license and needed a car to start commuting back and forth for work. We went to several Audi dealerships and we got a lot of run around, even one dealer tried to tell us they did not have the car we wanted to see, even though it was right in front of us. Another dealer had the car but it had check engine lights, and we could not trust it. Walter's in Riverside is an hour and half from our home in the valley, but well worth the trip. Roman had everything ready, car detailed for my first appointment. He introduced me to Rob from finance immediately to help with warranty plans, I couldn't commit the first time I saw Roman as I was still shopping around, but I couldn't help but want to drive back immediately and do the deal because they were so upfront and positive. I ended up getting an uber back the next day, and Roman and I worked over text to finalize details like interest rate, terms, and that night my wife and I were supposed to head to Vegas, so we took the uber trip over with our luggage, Roman had the car ready and came in after hours to finish up the paperwork...we finalized with Andy from finance, who did his magic to make our deal and experience even better. The car is great and in great condition and we are so happy. I highly recommend, making the trip to Walter's Audi Riverside and giving them a shot to earn your business. Even during Covid, they made me feel at home and it was no pressure at all at any time. Thanks again Roman! I owe you brother. More
