The finance department does not excel in communication or customer satisfaction. The service department does a good job in listening to concerns and seems to take care of the customers concerns. The sale man customer satisfaction. The service department does a good job in listening to concerns and seems to take care of the customers concerns. The sale management team did a good job in customer recovery techniques however could be more tactful in the way they word or ask questions, now a days professionals come in all colors shapes, and backgrounds you really don’t know who may be stepping into the dealership and what kind of influences they may have. The best part of this experience was the salespersons I dealt with. They only reason I scored them as average/good. We will see how they do moving forward but not sure I will return to this particular dealership. More

My salesman Romen made the whole buying process super easy! After a few phone calls and videos, my mother-in-law was ready to buy her first Audi. She was very happy with Romen and all of his help. They have a low pressure sales environment. My sales rep, Roman, took the time to look at cars and let me decide what was best for me without pushing me one way or another.
