On my first visit, I was quoted an extraordinary amount for re-keying my car by a manager. Thinking this seemed unusually high, I called other Mazda dealers, and was quoted half the price. Since Culver City already had my car, I called back and was connected to AMY who gave me a fair quote so I continued with the work. When I needed my sunroof repaired I called Amy again, but when my husband dropped off the car, another service person took the car and called him with another extraordinarily high quote. Again, I called another dealer for comparison quote on this specific repair and it was almost half. I believe they are the only Mazda dealer on the Westside....and price accordingly and certainly depends on who is giving the quote. I WILL NEVER go there again, and unless you have money to spare....I would take the drive to Glendale MAZDA, who gave me fair and reasonable quotes over phone both times. Worth the drive! More
