Unprofessional Dealership Working on the service industry I expect average service at best. This dealer is well bellow average with atrocious customer service. I contacted the online sales department about a certain vehicle. After confirming that the vehicle was available and that it was in good condition and had no issues, I told them that I would be there at a certain time and that I had a 1 hour drive to the dealer. They asked for my name and gave me the name of the sales person to ask for (lets not name names, it is not personal). As soon as I drove into the lot, I knew something was off. The vehicle that I wanted to see was in the back of the parking lot boxed in by other vehicles. This was the first red flag, the vehicle was not ready. My sales person was no where, 2nd red flag. If you have a customer coming, you better be ready and waiting, at least that is what I do in my business. I went into the lobby and I stood in the middle of the lobby for at least 10 minutes and no one talked to me. Never mind there were 6 sales people goofing off and they could clearly see me. If I hadn't driven 1 hour, I would have just walked out but, I had to suck it up and I asked someone for my sales person whom they had to page. Eventually he shows up and tells me they had to jump the car because the batter was dead (remember the car not ready part?) and pawns me off to a rookie sales person. This is done when they think that you will be a waste of time (I've worked sales too). We (rookie and me) get on the car and it takes me 10 seconds to realize why the car had not been sold. A car with 23k miles that was literally shaking and with the engine light on. These people did not even bother to make sure the car started or to have it in front of the dealer for a customer who had called ahead of time and drove 1 hour. I got out of the car and left. The fact that they did not even try to stop me says a lot about this dealer. They new the car was a junker and were trying to pawn it off to the first fool. I can't believe that this is a Toyota dealer ship, what a disappointment. More

We still have not received the owners manual for the vehicle even though we have gone there twice in my car and my husband sent an email but with no response. More

Venice Toyota is top notch and was understanding in my concerns when it came to a buying a brand I knew little about. Roman was a great salesman that went on numerous test drives with me and my wife including two long trips on highway 75. Working for the agreed price was comfortable with Roman and Omar. They helped me save a lot of money I was not expecting in getting, they called and informed me they could get me more for my trade than previously agreed upon. This kind of negotiation I was surprised by and greatly appreciated since they could have easily not told me and pocketed the additional money. Roman went over all the features of the car in detail including pairing my phone and going trough the apps to assist with NAV and music. Ended up purchasing a 2018 Camry XSE and felt like I got a great deal and car. More

Excellent Sales People and thats hard to find!!! From start to finish they go out of their way to make the deal happen. They value the Toyota product they are selling and there are no gimmicks. The salespeople are fantastic had some questions about the manager Jeff, but his staff makes up for his short comings. Love this dealership and the salespeople and also Kyle in finance make it well worth the trip to purchase a car. We purchased 2 vehicles from them in a 2 week period because of their level of service and will purchase a 3rd one for my son. I highly recommended Venice Toyota even if you live over an hour away. They also acknowledge military families. There support of our veterans is number 1 to one me. I cannot stress enough how amazing this dealership is!!! More
