Eminently s First class and Superior dealership!! This is our third Infiniti QX60....we keep coming back to Iinfiniti of Sarasota mainly because of Dan Bonora. His sales team has always treated us with the utmost respect and they listen to our requests and bend over backwards to insure that our vehicle decision is the right fit for us! Dave Hartzell is so easy to work with, he goes out of his way for his clients and the most endearing quality is the fact that he follows up AFTER the deal is sealed to make sure we are enjoying our vehicle, or ask if we have any questions, he even offered to bring our vehicle to us, since we live so far away from the dealership!! How's that for service!!! The service center is top notch & efficient, David is our "Go to guy" ! He always makes sure we are completely taken care of in a timely fashion and we like the fact that we can use a loaner car while ours is being serviced.
