Very Helpful, but Needs Improvement The staff was very helpful and answered my question. Roman was helpful as was his colleague. My problem was in delivery. It was only on the third attempt that I finally got my car. The one thing I did not like was only having the warranty program explained AFTER the purchase. They should have all been made known up front. The car is also very complicated and although they tried to explain things, it was simply too much to go through too fast. It will take me a while to get this pinned down. More
