Terrible experience, 30000 mile checkup and they tried to get us for $1500.00 more repairs after the 600.00 they already charged us. The main issue is they stole something our of our vehicle. I first tried get us for $1500.00 more repairs after the 600.00 they already charged us. The main issue is they stole something our of our vehicle. I first tried calling 4 times the next morning, left message with service manger and he did not call back. finally called in afternoon and got a hold of him and he said he would review tapes, anyway he never called back but the person that checked us in did and said nothing they can do but let me review tapes. They never vacuumed like they said they did. Manager never called back. They lost our service work but worst of all we were going to trade the car in on a newer model. Not now. More
