Poor customer service post-sale Post-sale customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I purchased a used car from this dealership and 2 days later, the check engine light came on. I Post-sale customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I purchased a used car from this dealership and 2 days later, the check engine light came on. I left 2 voice messages for my salesperson, Ron B., and he never called me back. I even called a 3rd time and spoke to his manager, Joe G., who promised that Ron would call me back, yet he still failed to do so. The light did go off on its own after a day or two, but it is really poor customer service if you cannot even take 5 minutes to return a courtesy call. To add insult to injury, eventually Ron did call - not to check how the car was doing, but to invite me into the dealership to look at one of their many vehicles! Somehow they had failed to remove my contact info from their leads list and he had already forgotten me despite my purchasing a vehicle less than 2 weeks ago. The vehicle I purchased is in great condition and I do feel like I got a good deal on it, but I would not recommend this dealership to anyone due to the lack of follow-up customer service. Once you've signed the papers, you're on your own. More

We always go to Hudson Hyundai I like this dealership a lot. I just leased my 3rd Sonata from there. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The best decision I made in my life. As I drove pass Hudson Hyundai one early Monday morning, I looked at the dealership and I wasn't sure if I wanted to finance a car or not. I walked inside of Hudson Hyundai and I was happy greeted by Joey, and Ron barahona. I was frustrated because of the old car that I was driving but, Ron and Joey made me feel at home. I wouldn't recommend anyone of of my friends,family members, or even a stranger anywhere else but to Hudson Hyundai. Those guys where awesome I am really grateful and honored that I made my decision with Hudson Hyundai. More

Service so good, you'll do it again I have had the pleasure to work with the wonderful sales team of Hudson Hyundai of Jersey City on the purchase of a Hyundai Santé Fe back in October o I have had the pleasure to work with the wonderful sales team of Hudson Hyundai of Jersey City on the purchase of a Hyundai Santé Fe back in October of 2018. we loved the styling, handling ease of dashboard features and the safety of the vehicle and decided on the spot, this was the car for us. fast forward 3 months, Our daughter decided she wanted a late model vehicle. Her search took her everywhere and anywhere. We took her to see Ron Barahona and the Hudson Hyundai team. Ron put us in a Hyundai Sonata that met all of our daughters needs. Going to Ron Barahona at Hudson Hyundai the first time was a good choice. Going back a second time, was a validation! More
