Glad to hear you had a great experience with Bret as your sales person. However not good to hear that you felt pressured and I apologize for that. It is a requirement that all F&I managers review all paper work and to have customers sign them, some are required by federal law and any insurance recommendations are required by our corporation as once in a while a customer will come in years after a manufacture warranty expired when a system has failed and state they were never offered a service contract that would have covered that item. As far as the technology goes it is improving daily but it is an electronic. And the electronics are all produced from the same company's for most of the car manufactures. that being said no matter what brand of car you purchase all of us consumers face the same question of the longevity of the electronics. which exists in any of our digital gadgets to many of the drive ability components on vehicles. We all accept that with in a few years that our phones, computers, an tv's are out dated and will go out and replace them. So when it comes to the vehicles there are ways to protect your investments. But its our job to explain and offer you these options and have you sign off that you were offer and accepted or declined to protect you and us. again I apologize that we made you fell pressured. As far as the registration process it was actually the state inspection that took 2hrs and i definitely apologize for that but at the same time our hands are tied as per the state of Massachusetts we can not make appointments and its first come first serve. And when they started the new process and installed cameras in all the inspection bays to make sure every step and procedure was being done which it takes 1/2 an hour per inspection. so if you had 3 ahead of you when you came in it would have been two hours before it was done. Which Bret or the service advisor should at least given you the heads up so you were prepared. And no we do not have any sales women here but that is not due to a lack of us trying by any means. if you know any women that are interested please have them see me. Richard Conrad General Manager
