I did not want the service contract but was told I needed to review and sign more paperwork. First time in all my previous Honda’s I got pressured to buy a service contract. Sounded to me as I listened with all the technology everything could go wrong with the car and I needed contract. At that point I regretted buying the car and wondered how hard it would be to get my check back. I have in the past very good experience with my Honda’s. Now I wonder. Getting the car registered did not go smoothly. When I arrived to pick up the car the registration was not complete and would take 2hours. If Bret had not been so helpful then I would have tried to not take possession of the car and gone elsewhere. Btw I heard a customer come in and ask if there were any women sales people. She was told no. I found that very odd and thought maybe not at that moment. More
