I have been in the car business for 22 years and all of those have been spent locally. I have always been with Ford. I have been married to my beautiful wife Dawne for 22 years as well. We have 3 children, Caylee, Kyle, and Rorey. All 3 of which are inspiring young adults who impress me constantly. I have worked with the Balderston family at Blue Springs ford for a total of 6 years. Look elsewhere. Sold me a known lemon refused to take any responsibility for it. Transmission failed in less than 30 days. It is a known issue for this car but did not find out until now. Comes to find out that this car is actually been buy back before so they already knew it was a lemon and still sold it anyhow. You would think that a when you buy a car from an actual big name dealership that you should actually get something that's good and don't have to worry about something breaking in the first 30 days but apparently not. The dealer ship should make good and just buy back this xxx from me but that does not seem to be an option and now I am stuck with a lemon and out a lot of money. Steer clear of this shady dealership! More

Safety doesn’t matter This is more service related, but reflects bad on the whole business. The used car team were nice, polite. But it makes you wonder how much they know about the vehicles they’re selling. Whoever does the state inspections pencil whips it just to be able to sell a vehicle. How? We bought a used vehicle that at the time we had no way of knowing, but the fuel gauge was inoperable, and then a week later find out there was absolutely nothing left of the emergency brake shoes on either side. The bonus part! They put brand new brakes on, which tells me they chose to disregard the E-brakes because they didn’t want to deal with it. Any mechanic would have saw that when doing the job. Rusted out, nothing left e-brake shoes, I’ve had nothing but problems in the 3 weeks since we bought this vehicle. I’ll never recommend this place. More
