Many times people do not leave a car dealership feeling very good about themselves or about the process they just went through, this time, for me; it was very pleasant and I feel like I was treated fairly and respectfully. COOP DOES IT AGAIN!!! In our small community it is quite common to already know, or deal with the same people repeatedly on a personal and or professional level. In saying In our small community it is quite common to already know, or deal with the same people repeatedly on a personal and or professional level. In saying this, the experiences can be both positive and negative leaving you to have pretty good insight on who people truly are. It also leaves you the ability to make educated decisions in whether or not you want to do business with these same people when the time comes. Ron Cooper is somebody we chose to do business with and because of our experience, without question we will choose to again. In my opinion, he is not in it to merely make sales quotas or to make his bosses happy. I feel Ron truly cares about the people he is helping and wants to do what is right for them. There was not a single moment we felt like he was unethical, dishonest, pushy or just trying to push a car sale on us and let me say this; it was last 3 days of the month we started talking to him and now a new month, December (Christmas time).
