Ron listened closely to what we were looking for an quickly pointed us the the Dodge Ram 1500 that perfectly met our needs. No time wasted on trying to "up-sell" what we weren't interested in. He then ensured we were quickly processed through to the end of sale so I could make my next appointment. I like the fact that I got no "hard sell" and had a salesman actually get us what we wanted, not what they wanted us to buy. More

Outstanding Customer Service My Auto Max experience started a little over three weeks ago when on a whim I stopped by to see what sort of inventory was available in the way of lar My Auto Max experience started a little over three weeks ago when on a whim I stopped by to see what sort of inventory was available in the way of larger SUV's. As I have been in the process of exploring these vehicles for a couple of years I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for and my hackles tend to go up when someone tries to "change my mind." Up walked Ron Cooper and he was just so open, it was very easy to chat with him and really get him on board with my preferences. That first day he showed my a couple excellent candidate vehicles, I test drove one and after I left that day, he immediately followed up with information regarding each vehicle. As I know I just love to drive and was impressed by the inventory, I decided I needed another opinion so hauled my mother along for a couple of test drives-more to rein me in-and again Ron was very respectful of my mother and made her feel right at home. My third trip in to see Ron was pretty much to talk about the vehicle (2015 Chevy Tahoe) I decided to buy-the first vehicle I test drove. The following Monday I bought my new SUV. I feel I was treated fairly and Ron did his best to keep the deal equitable. This guy is definitely a go-getter in the nicest way! A real plus with Ron is that though he is very knowledgable, he doesn't pretend to know everything about every vehicle - and one of his go-to guys is Bob Anderson. When I went in to pick up my vehicle Ron arranged to have Bob go through the bells and whistles (it has tons!) with me-he has a very strong background with GMC/Chevy products-and yes, he knows his stuff -- also realizing that it's a lot of info to process, I've been invited back in a couple of weeks with questions. All of this is just a very long-winded way of saying that by pure chance I stopped by, was treated incredibly well by very pleasant, knowledgable people and am ver satisfied with the experience--I encourage anyone to be treated well. More
