I've been a resident of Great Falls now since June of 2003. Many of you may recognize me from my 7 years at Ace Hardware in Great Falls. Everyone was great. I hate car shopping but they made it painless. Marshall knew what we were looking for and call us on a car although he was not working on that day Ron helped us the and with their great painless. My Husband and I saw our now 2007 Chevy Tahoe posted on the Website. We decided to come into the Dealer and look at it and take it for a drive. I bought my 2012 Chevy Captiva three weeks ago. I went to go to work the other morning and my car wouldn't start. I was not very happy with this since I had the car for less than a amonth. I wasn't sure what go to work the other morning and my car wouldn't start. I was not very happy with this since I had the car for less than a amonth. I wasn't sure what to do, and my husband wasn't either. I called the Service Dept at Taylor's and told the gal what the issue was, and she promptly connected me to Ron, my salesperson. I wasn't sure what to expect, since, in my eyes, Ron was out of the picture at this point, in my opinion. This wasn't about the sales, it was about my car needing service. However, Ron got on the phone and promptly made arrangements to personally come see me and my car at my house. He knew I couldn't drive it, so he brought a battery jumper and cables with him to my house while I was on lunch. He took my car to the service department, where they had to replace some bad cables connected to the battery. He then drove my car back to work for me, so I did not have to come to the dealership and waste any of my own time. This has seriously exceeded my expectations. I was so happy that Ron took the initiative and got my car to and from the dealership, fixed, all within a matter of a few hours. I am so thankful for him to have taken the time to do this for me. He told me it was no problem, was very gracious, and said that it weighs on him personally when a car he sells has issues. I had a previous experience when I first bought the car that made me unhappy with this dealership, not Ron AT ALL, but the dealership itself. And now this second experience has restored by faith in the dealership. I will definitely be buying more cars from Ron in the future. More

My experience at Taylor's Auto Max was terrific, thanks to Ron. I test drove the car on a Friday and knew right away that I wanted to purchase this vehicle. Ron showed me all the tricks and little g thanks to Ron. I test drove the car on a Friday and knew right away that I wanted to purchase this vehicle. Ron showed me all the tricks and little gadgets that the car had to offer and was very knowledgable about the features and benefits. When it came time to purchase, the transaction was quick, smooth, and easy. He knew the price we were after and was able to make it happen. I know we got a great deal on this car. After we were done, he walked us out into the service bay where he put on my temporary plates. He explained every car that comes through the dealership undergoes an inspection at the dealership before being placed on the lot. He gave me discounts on future oil changes and services for my brand new car. A day after I purchased the vehicle, I noticed the seat warmers were not working. The light on the buttom wasn't going on and the seats were not heating. I called Ron to tell him about this, and he promptly made me an appointment with their service shop that they frequently use. My car was still under the factory warranty, so we figured I'd be in and out with no issues. When I went to pick up the car, the service technician explained that there was a missing fuse for the seat heaters. He explained that this repair was not covered under the factory warranty because the fuse didn't need replacing, there was NO fuse at all in the vehicle. If the fuse went bad and needed to be replaced, that would have been covered under the warranty with no problems. But because there was no fuse to begin with, it wasn't covered. I called Ron right away to tell him the situation, that the repair was not covered under warranty, and he was so gracious in explaining that he would take care of this. I wasn't sure what that meant, until a few days later when I talked to Ron again about getting reimbursed for this repair; after all, I didn't even own the car one full day and this repair needed to be done. He explained that the dealership was not going to reimburse me for this repair because it should have been covered under the factory warranty. Well, regardless, I had to pay for the repair, so I believe the dealership should have picked up the tab. If every car goes through an inspection, why wouldn't a missing fuse be caught? And even if it didn't go through an inspection, or whatever the reason is, I just gave them a sale and was asking for less than $70.00 to be reimbursed. Ron Cooper insisted that he pay me back for this repair. He kept saying that my happiness and satisfaction were most important to him and he wanted to make sure I was happy. After talking it over with my husband, we decided that we did NOT want to take money from Ron, it wasn't the right thing to do. He was an amazing person to work with, never pushed or made me feel uncomfortable or feel pressured into buying the car. I still love my car and will go to Ron in the future for my vehicles, I just wish I had a better overall experience with the dealership itself, which is why I rated that a 3, rather than a 5. Ron made my car buying experience a 5+! I just wish I could give 5's across the board here. More
