Ron Cooper was excellent, energetic to sell even though it was 29 degrees outside. He made my husband and sister and myself welcome and did everything in his power to make us feel as ease. I have to say they made it easy to buy a car and did not keep us there for hours. They ran a Car Fax and Kelly Blue Book prices when I asked and did not hide anything from us. Ron was a great salesperson and answered any questions we had. Everyone there worked with us and got us the best deal possible. They were all very friendly and went above and beyond. Mr. Ron Cooper was an exceptional salesman! He was not pushy, took time to listen to what I was looking for. Mr. Cooper has a wonderful personality and show he cares about your needs when he ask question to find out what you are looking for. I will recommend him to anyone looking for a great car salesman to work with. Excellent work Ron!!!! I am one happy customer when it comes to my salesman. When it came to signing the papers to close my deal on the car, I had extreme difficulty with the Business Manager "John". I was high upset with the fact that he was very unprofessional. My husband and I were in there on a Friday test driving the Toyota Camry, which at the time Ron took a copy and scanned my husband’s drivers license so we could test drive the car and to be able to finish paper work on Monday if we choose to close the deal.. I had to leave for a class so my husband Mike stayed to get the necessary paper work started to close the deal since our bank would not have the loan processed until the next Monday. Mike put a $500 cash deposit down on the car and asked if all the paperwork could be started (and he could sign where needed)since he would be gone next week for work and I could just bring buy the money and finish sign the necessary papers. When I arrived on late Monday afternoon, Ron was wonderful and said all the papers was ready to go and John would be able to finish them up, it would take 5 min. Well John informed me that he did not have a copy of Mikes' drivers’ license and that he could not do until I had a copy. I explained that mike told him he was working out of town and Mike took care of his part on Friday. John was short and rude to me by informing me he had 3 other people ahead of me, that papers would only take 5 minutes to process since it was a simple cash transaction and the 3 other customers came first even if I could get Mikes' D.L. copy. I was so mad I ask Ron to speak with his Sales Manager. His Manger was so nice and finished my transaction and Mr. Taylor was just as nice and professional. On a side note: John DID NOT make any notes in my file about the $500 deposit so when the Sales Manager went collect my money we had to tract down the deposit!!!! I am very grateful the Sales Manager to care of all it. Thank you! Thank you Ron, Mr. Taylor, and Sales Manager! More

I enjoyed working with Ron Copper. He was very helpful and would find out any question we had on any of the vehicles. His quality of work was great and experience with him was enjoyable. I rated my price as ok because i felt the managers were not willing to work with me as well as they should of. I felt the price we paid and the trade in they got they should of been willing to work with some of the trucks issues. After they finally accepted the deal they stated that it will be as is. If it werent for Ron Cooper, i would have probably not bought from Taylors, I was approached by another gentleman about a week prior and was not impressed at all with him. Someone recommended Ron to me so bought from Taylors, I was approached by another gentleman about a week prior and was not impressed at all with him. Someone recommended Ron to me so i went back mainly to just test drive some GM models, no intent on buying. Ron made my experience better than any other dealership tried this month and better than any experience ive had in the past buying a car. He was very friendly, caring and tended to the kind of car i wanted and didnt try messing with me after i told him i only want a CHEVY OR GMC. As i said in the beginning the ONLY reason WHY i bought from taylors is because of ron cooper. He made me feel welcomed and at home, not like i was at a bloodsucking car dealership. Give that man a raise! I have a few friends that will be looking for new vehicles soon and i will be sending all the business i can to RON!!! 5 STARS!! KEEP THAT GUY AROUND!!!!!!!!!! More
