My name is Ron Daly, I've been in the car business for over 30 years. Originally I am from Huntington Beach, CA. I moved to Phoenix, AZ in 2004. For the last consecutive 8 years, I have been awarded number one salesman of the year at Van Chevrolet. I was referred to Scott Daly by a dear friend and I was blown away! My initial purchase turned out to be the wrong choice and Scott made it so easy for me to make a change that I ended up buying 2 cars, on blown away! went to this dealership specifying 4x4 used PU. Led by the salesman to the first 2 both being 4x4, then a third which I bought. It was transported to another state and discovered NOT to be a 4x4! I immediately called 4 times and left 2 voice messages. No reply! Yesterday got ahold of the used car sales manager that told me "the PU is yours." We can find you another which will be more and may take some time. This is not good business or acceptable! I live on a ranch in NM.I have had several 4x4 PU's . Why would I purchase anything else having a ranch? I am a woman over the age of 60. Would that have anything to do with being mislead? I have reached out to the home office and the GM as I was mislead. I will not give up as I have PU that is no use to me. To date 8/12/21 No resolution. No phone calls calls returned. I have sent 3 complaint letters to coorporate. Amazing! A response from Van Chevrolet to the Attorney General says I was made an offer and refused! So they closed the file. The only offers made were to pay 7000 , or 4000. more for another vehicle which was not even the same make or model. Not only have I been mislead and misrepresented now they are lying to the Attorney Generals office. I received a call from the GM Bryan Hrabe Friday the 13th with a promise of resolution and to call me that same day. It never happened! Absolutely do not do business with this dealership! More

My husband and I purchased two cars from Scott and his brother, needless to say the best experience purchasing a car in our lives.
