Ron is approachable and quick and aggressive. Good and bad aggressive. He seems only interested in selling the car and not what you have to say. His directness can be overbearing. He does however have th bad aggressive. He seems only interested in selling the car and not what you have to say. His directness can be overbearing. He does however have the ability to slow down intensity which i was grateful for. He was straight shooter and knows how to get the job done efficiently. Huge bonus as too many salesman (generally speaking, not VAN Chevy specifically) take too long to get keys or find the vehicle or forget paperwork. As far as VAN Chevy, either they don't care to mislead you with online price of used cars or they are OK with employees who lie about pricing. Either way online pricing is NOT the actual price of the car, expect 2000 dollars more than advertised as "non-negotiable". The facility is very clean and easy to navigate. Upper management will show an interest in you and willing to help get the deal approved! Great experience with finance manager, quick and polite, actually felt like he cared I was there. Overall this was better than most car buying experiences. More
