Best Car Dealer I called Van Chevrolet and was lucky enough to get Ron Daly. He made everything very fast and easy. He wasn't going to stop trying until I got the best deal. I needed some creative financing, and he never made me feel like the deal wasn't going to get done. I have a tight schedule and had to leave, but Ron made sure I was able to get the car to test drive in the meantime. He was so thoughtful and offered that before I even had to ask. I would highly recommend Ron to anybody looking for a car. He truly cares, works very hard for you and your best interest, and is just an overall nice guy! More

It's obvious from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, and anytime in between when you return for service. Its the same welcoming with each visit complete transparency. It's evident in their sales staff, such is the case with Scott Daley who I have personally now bought a total of five vehicles from you simply don't do that if you're not being treated with integrity and professionalism. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle even if you aren't considering a GM product I highly recommend you do consider Scott Daley and Van Chevrolet GMC you'll be glad you did! More

HORIBLE SERVICE I Had a pretty good buying experience , it has been down hill after I drove off the lot. The Service Dept is absolutely HORRIBLE! Service advisor AJ just tries to sell everything and anything wether you need it or not. I spoke to assistant MGR Clint. I told him experiences like this is what gives dealerships a bad name. Clint just ripped me a NEW HOLE, said he didn't care if I was happy & he didn't need my business. I made many calls to the guy above Clint, to GM MATT they will not call me back. I went up there ask to speak to Matt, I was taken to an Office and told that Matt would be right in. A sales guy Scott I think came in said Matt would be right, he just needed to get some information. Back and forth and on & on I never met Matt was told he would call me the next day. They gave me a $100. Visa card. Matt hasn't called not one issue has been resolved ... May 30, 2019 I finally got to meet Matt GM for VAN CHEVROLET in Scottsdale Arizona. There should have never been all the drama and headaches that I experienced with the service department at VAN CHEVROLET and I never got an apology from the Service Dept. Assistant MGR CLINT, he should lose his job!! But after I was finally able to Meet MAT CERRETA I was absolutely blown away by Matt’s professionalism, curtsy, eager to make sure that I was taken care of and to make sure I was happy. Matt is very polite, easy to talk too and set my mind at ease as soon has he shook my hand. Matt went above and beyond my expectations! As far as I can tell my vehicle is in tip top running condition and I don’t think it has ever been cleaner than it is today. Mat had it DETAILED for me!! I am not saying that all the problems I had with the service department are forgotten, because they should have never happened!! With that said I can not say enough good things about MATT CERRETA, because of MATT I will continue to do business with VAN CHEVROLET!! Matt is a flat out awesome guy at the top of his game! More
