Receptionist said no appointment was needed and then was told we did need to make an appointment and it was for much later in the day and then they didnt even do what we asked them to do and said we would h told we did need to make an appointment and it was for much later in the day and then they didnt even do what we asked them to do and said we would have to make another appointment to come back. Took over an hour after they said the car was done for them to bring it around. Tried to contact the servic manger to let him know what happened and have been bothered by sales associates trying to find and sell me the vehicle i already have. This i the second worst dealership experience i have had and will not look to buy future vehicles from them More
