Receptionist said no appointment was needed and then was told we did need to make an appointment and it was for much later in the day and then they didnt even do what we asked them to do and said we would h told we did need to make an appointment and it was for much later in the day and then they didnt even do what we asked them to do and said we would have to make another appointment to come back.
