The salesperson was nice and the Used car manager was nice enough to include a new set of tires. After picking up the vehicle with new tires, I noticed the radio didn’t work right. I let the manager know nice enough to include a new set of tires. After picking up the vehicle with new tires, I noticed the radio didn’t work right. I let the manager know as soon as I could and he said he will take care of it. I still have not heard from him or the company he was going to send out to fix the radio. Other than that, great experience. More

I was disappointed on my first encounter. I saw a vehicle online and sent an email to the dealership that I was stopping by to look at it. Someone responded that they would assist me when I a I saw a vehicle online and sent an email to the dealership that I was stopping by to look at it. Someone responded that they would assist me when I arrived. When I arrived, the vehicle was not available and the person that responded was not there. A few weeks later, I came back to look at another vehicle but called beforehand and spoke to Ron. The vehicle was still available and when I arrived, Ron had the vehicle ready for me. I eventually purchase the vehicle through Ron and everything went smoothly. More

I bought a used car with 8000 miles. One of the brake lights was out and I noticed it a few days after I bought it. The dealer would not replace it. The website said the car came with a cargo cover. N lights was out and I noticed it a few days after I bought it. The dealer would not replace it. The website said the car came with a cargo cover. No cover was in the car. They would not do anything. They won't go out of their way for you to be happy. I don't recommend this dealer. Not responsive to calls. More
