Amanda stepped in to be sure we were well taken care of, felt comfortable during the sales process and went to bat for us getting us the car we wanted & a deal both sides were good with. I would change if you know someone is coming in to pick up their vehicle go ahead and have it already washed and ready so that we don't have to wait for that. Otherwise I have no complaints.
