Simplify the finance process or give customers a week to pre-read the paperwork. Still waiting on the missing Operator's Manual that goes with the vehicle. Manual is needed to complete set up of the vehicle's many features. Please send Priority Mail, or if near our work or home, let us know and we will meet someone to pick it up. Really appreciated the vehicle being delivered to our place of business, detailed and ready to drive. Overall, good experience and would buy from Jim Ellis dealership again. More
