Simplify the finance process or give customers a week to pre-read the paperwork. Still waiting on the missing Operator's Manual that goes with the vehicle. Manual is needed to complete set up of the vehicle's many features. Please send Priority Mail, or if near our work or home, let us know and we will meet someone to pick it up. Really appreciated the vehicle being delivered to our place of business, detailed and ready to drive. Overall, good experience and would buy from Jim Ellis dealership again. More

Great experience I found the vehicle I was looking for on car gurus. I then called and spoke with a sales associate and negotiated for the price I was willing to pay. The used car manager came back with a figure that was real close to mine. I then drove to Atlanta to pick the truck up. When I got there they even put the truck on a lift so I could inspect the under side of the truck. So overall they kept up there end of the deal , and I left a happy customer. More
