I went in for a simple oil change and had one of the worst experiences at this dealership service department. This was my first time visiting Crestview Cadillac dealership. I normally go to another Cadi worst experiences at this dealership service department. This was my first time visiting Crestview Cadillac dealership. I normally go to another Cadillac dealership, but decided to try this one since it was close to my house. Ron, the service advisor, was initially welcoming and friendly, but things went downhill quickly. He mentioned that my air and cabin filters might need replacing and was going to come to the waiting room to let me know. Instead, no one ever came to the waiting room to ask me for approval, and I was automatically charged for both filters along with the oil change. After just 45 minutes, my car was ready and I was handed a bill for $344. That’s outrageous for an oil change plus two filters, especially since I never authorized the additional work. At the time, I was in a rush and didn’t have the chance to argue the charges, so I paid and left. Since then, I’ve been trying for over a week to speak with the manager, Brian. Despite calling numerous times, I’ve received no response. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. Please be warned: this service department will take advantage of customers, especially women, by performing unauthorized work and charging for it. To make matters worse, management refuses to even return calls. I will never return here, and I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. More

Failure to communicate and incomplete work without update; no response to messages or texts. I switched dealerships looking for a more pleasant experience with the service dept. and found more of the update; no response to messages or texts. Sadly, this seems to be the Cadillac standard, and this is extremely disappointing and below standards I expected. Even left a message for the GM and didn’t get a call back. I don’t know why the Service team thinks it’s normal to keep someone’s vehicle and not provide an update, especially after 3 days. More
