The service department was great! All the Service advisors were attentive and my service advisor, Ron was exceptionally nice! I brought my Buick Encore into Serra Buick to have the oil changed, tires check and general checkup. It took about two hours for all the car checks to be accomplished. The only thing that was not done is oil changed, tires check and general checkup. It took about two hours for all the car checks to be accomplished.
