My husband and I were looking for a new KIA Sorento. Ron was great. They did not have the KIA Sorento with all the extras I wanted so Ron got online and found the exact KIA I wanted...the color too. I love my KIA. A little over 2 years ago my husband and i looked around the Ohio valley near our residence in St.clairsville, Ohio for a new Kia and were disgusted with service and dealerships here. We found #1 Cochran online and spoke to Ron Gardner. We picked out a Kia Sportage and he drove it to our house!. We purchased it from him here on the spot. Yesterday we drove to the dealership to get some service on our vehicle. We met with Ron and ended up trading it in on a brand new Kia Sorento. We love it and the process was very quick and painless. We definitely recommend Ron Gardner and #1 Cochran to everyone we talk to and we personally wont deal with anyone else. More

I was interested in the Kia Soul and Ron was very helpful and so kind, never pushy and knowledgable on products. I purchased my 2013 Kia Soul and was headed home when I was hit in the side by a young man who was trying to change lanes on Campbell Run Rd. I have NEVER owned a new vehicle let alone ever been in an accident. I made 1 phone call back to the dealership before even calling the police and Mike arrived to help. I never imagined the care they took for my safety and my mothers safety. I cannot express the gratitude I have for them and the dealership they work at. I cannot thank them enough for offering me a loaner car to get home but I was far too shook up to drive so Mike drove us home and promised me that my car will be better than it was when I drove it off the lot. My thanks to them will never be fully expressed. I can only thank God for them and all they did to calm me and my mother after such an awful ordeal that was of no fault of theirs. They were thoughtful and genuine the whole time. I will recommend them to ANYONE who is interested in a new or used vehicle. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was WONDERFUL!!
