No honor. No respect I had been wheeling and dealing with my salesman, Ronald and a sales manager and we agreed on a value for my trade and the sales price of the vehicle I had been wheeling and dealing with my salesman, Ronald and a sales manager and we agreed on a value for my trade and the sales price of the vehicle being purchased. The VIN on my car was covered up the last time I had my windshield replaced so we couldn't complete the deal until I got that handled. I was going out of town over the weekend so I left a deposit to hold the car until Tuesday. When I come back in to trade in my car, the sales manager in that day, Kyle Prochazka refuses to honor the trade-in value and offers $500 less for my trade. Text messages and emails documenting the deal discussed with the other manager are shown to him and he still refused to honor the deal discussed. I ask to meet in the middle for a difference of $250 instead and that isn't accepted either. If one manager makes an offer and it is accepted, even if you don't agree with it, it should be honored. Take that up with your co-worker but you don't screw the customer because you wouldn't have done it that way. A change in personnel shouldn't affect the numbers especially when they are documented. Ron asked if I needed some help, I explained that I was sti My vehicle was beyond repair, so I went into the dealer thinking I would just be looking. Ron asked if I needed some help, I explained that I was still digging out from the recession that began in 2008 and most likely had bad credit. Ron suggested I have my credit checked, so I agreed and to my amazement, I was able to purchase a vehicle! I was not pressured in any way by Ron to go beyond what I could afford, and he was very encouraging in having me look over several options of vehicles. My family and I are very happy with our "new to us" vehicle, and I will definitely return to Golling the next time I need a vehicle. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Golling, and I will be going back again. I am very satisfied with Golling. More
