He was professional, answered all my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel like a bother, which was a stark contrast to my experience at Dover. He kept me informed throughout the process and truly excelled at his job. The financial aspect was also refreshingly positive. Ron was knowledgeable and transparent, walking us through everything so we never felt like he was trying to pull a fast one on us.
